Review policy

Draft of 27.10.2026

Reviews help students choose and instructors improve. To keep them fair, these rules apply.

  1. Who can review
  2. What is allowed
  3. What is not allowed
  4. Instructor's reply
  5. Reporting and checking

1. Who can review

Only students with a completed booking through DriveGate can leave a review. Profiles without online booking therefore cannot receive reviews. DriveGate does not buy reviews or offer anything in return.

2. What is allowed

  • your own experience with this instructor or school
  • factual criticism, even if it is sharp
  • facts you experienced yourself and that are true

3. What is not allowed

  • insults, threats, discrimination
  • claims you did not experience yourself or that are not true
  • personal data of others, for example phone numbers or names of other students
  • advertising, links or self-serving reviews, for example by instructors about themselves or competitors

4. Instructor's reply

The reviewed instructor can reply publicly to a review. The reply appears below the review. The same rules apply to replies.

5. Reporting and checking

Every review has a “Report review” button. DriveGate checks reported reviews within 7 days. If a review breaks these rules, DriveGate hides or deletes it. DriveGate does not edit reviews and does not remove them just because they are critical.
