What does "Pro · paid placement" mean?
In the default sort order "Relevance", schools with a paid Pro subscription are shown before the others in search, map and comparison. So that everyone can see this, they carry the badge "Pro · paid placement". If a student chooses their own sort order, such as price or distance, only that order applies. The trial and plans unlocked by DriveGate do not count as paid placement.

What happens after the trial?+
After 30 days you are on Free automatically. Nothing is deleted: calendar, education card, chat and invoices stay readable, lessons already paid stay valid. An upgrade brings everything back at once. If you subscribe to Medium or Pro during the trial, you keep Pro until the trial ends, after that your subscription applies.
How do I cancel?+
In the instructor area under "Plan" with "Manage subscription". The subscription runs until the end of the paid period, then Free applies.
Is the price per instructor?+
The price is per school. Every instructor automatically gets their own school when registering.
Who receives the learners' money?+
Your school. Online payments go directly into your Stripe account, DriveGate holds no money and takes no commission. Refunds also run through your Stripe account.
Can I subscribe in the app?+
No, subscriptions are only available here on the website.
